Red Rope Screening Presents Comedy Short Films Celebrating 40 Yrs of New York Magazine

On Wednesday, October 29, 2008 Red Rope Screening celebrates 40 years of New York Magazine by presenting Comedy Short Films from all genres supported by Heineken. An invitation only electric line up for film lovers at Tribeca Cinemas.

Several films will be featured including: Oscar nominated, I Met the Walrus by Josh Raskin; Piece by Piece; Seat 29E, based on a true story; Once Upon A Christmas Village, starring Jim Belushi and Tim Curry; Darling Darling, starring Michael Cera; and Matumbo Goldberg, starring Anthony Anderson.

Confirmed celebrity guest include: Jaime-Lynn Sigler, Chazz Palminteri, Giana Palminteri, John Hadity (President of Producers Guild of America), Federico Castelluccio, Yvonne Maria Schaefer, Team Facelift and Verbal SideShow.

The post screening event hosted by Svedka Vodka in the adjoining Tribeca Cinemas Lounge Bar with music selections provided by DJ Tabu.
